Share your Whistler Cultural Experience

Hey, it’s not all about us.  It’s about you too.  Art inspires art.  All great artists walk the ground and stand on the shoulders of those who came before.  Art seeks not just to tell a new story but to reinterpret old stories with new voices, old visions through new eyes.

Each day during the Winter Olympic Games share your photos to help create a community art project of a community collage of photos.  Submit your photos in one of these ways:

A. Post on Facebook at WhistlerArts

B. Tag your uploaded photos with 'wccc' and the day ie 'feb12'  - the tag would be 'wcccfeb12' - note that is 3 c's  WCCC month = 3 characters 'feb' date = 1 or 2 charcters  '5' (torch relay day), '28' (closing ceremonies).  wcccfeb12  - this is easy to do with most web photo sharing systems.

We know you’ll be inspired by what you see, hear, participate in and enjoy this year.  And we want to see how it’s inspired you.  We want you to share your photos, films, memories and inspirations with us.  And this is the place to do it.

* Send photos in formats less than 2Mb per photo and send links to short films or contact us for information on our FTP site.  All content that you send us we will assume can be used by us under 'creative commons' lisence unless specified otherwise. In other words, you have the rights to share the content with us, and you are not expecting payment in any form from us if the content is shown.  Where feasible we will give credit to all work that is shone on the site.
